How quickly will I receive my design?

Most standard orders are ready within a few minutes of PayFast confirmation. Busy periods or unusual technical failures can take longer.

Can I edit it after paying?

Please check the live preview carefully. We fix production errors at no charge, but customer wording changes after approval may require a new order.

Where is my order?

Use Find my order with the reference and email used at checkout.

What file types do I receive?

High-resolution JPG files. The formats depend on the pack selected: portrait, square and/or story/status.

Do I need an account?

No. Your order is delivered using a private signed link.

Is payment secure?

Payment is completed on PayFast. Super Services does not receive or store your card details.
